Sarah Galbraith

Sarah Galbraith has spent her entire working life in the theater, starting with her first job in high school as a stagehand.  Sarah has been doing accounting for theatrical productions for 20 years, the past 10 as the founder and president of Galbraith & Company, Inc. She has provided the accounting for over 150 productions on six continents. In 2011, Sarah launched Checks and Balances Payroll, Inc., a payroll processing service for the live theater industry.

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Columbia University and also holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Theater from Columbia University's School of the Arts, where she was awarded the Jujamcyn Theaters Award. She is a member of the Association of Theatrical Press Agents and Managers.  Aside from theater, Sarah's passions include travel, bird watching, kayaking and classic cars. She lives in northern Westchester County with her husband, Thomas Rhindress, and their pets.
